At Andersen, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Andersen account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
